Chairman and CEO of IPG Integrity Group. Dr. Faith Chu has more than 40 years of experience in international finance and investment with 30 years of management experience. He worked in AIG and AIA over 28 years from 1983. He has been involved in numerous investment projects around the world. He was appointed as the director of several financial institutions and provided professional consulting service for them. He is experienced in corporate finance, M&A, sales and operations, and has trained a lot of successful executives and entrepreneurs. Dr. Chu has a Ph.D. in finance and he has been running family offices for his clients since 2011.
Faith is the founder of IPG Wealth Management and Golden Great China Fund Management Limited and the guest lecturer of Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University and City University of Hong Kong.

Deep tech experience covering wide spectrum of tech domains including AI, robotics, SaaS, sustainability, medical technology, biotech, semiconductor and automotive and aerospace.
Entrepreneur experience guiding tech startup in fund raising, scale up operation, commercialization of technologies, business development and IPO.
A leading figure in the international innovation circle including an appointment as Council Member of the Council on Connected World with the World Economic Forum. He has global academic network with leading research institution and innovation ecosystem across Asia, US and Europe.
He is active within the industry arena serving as Council Member of the Construction Industry Council of Hong Kong, Director of the Hong Kong Green Building Council and Chairman of the Hong Kong Automation Technology Council etc.
He obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and MBA degree from the University of South Australia. He is a Fellow of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a Chartered Professional Engineer and member of the Institutions of Engineers Australia. He is an Adjunct Professor with The University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology, and the City University of Hong Kong.
Edwin Lun

Mr. Lun has over 30 years of expertise and experience in strategic business development and operations for both family businesses and multinational corporations. Mr. Lun is a change management leader who has driven strategic change in family businesses, from OEM commodity manufacturing to supply chain management and brand building for North American distribution channels. His previous and current and past businesses include Well Being Economy Alliances, GPO Fund, Forbes Media Pharos Medical Device and Legacy Academy.
Mr. Lun is a member of the China Advisory Board of Hope International Microfinance and a director of GS1, the global association for barcode, QR code and RFID standards. He also serves as a director of the Fringe Club. Mr. Lun is also a director of the Hong Kong Small and Medium Enterprises Association, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Electrical Appliances Manufacturers Association, Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Plastics Manufacturers Association, and Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Medical Devices and Health Manufacturing Association. Mr. Lun graduated from Harvard Business School. He graduated from Messiah College, a Christian liberal arts college in the United States, with a Bachelor of Science in International Business.

Lara Sif Hrafnkelsdottir has extensive global finance & investment experience on Wall Street, New York, in Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. She spent two decades with New York Investment Funds, launching and managing Private Credit Funds (SMEs), Private Equity Portfolio, Family Office and structured transactions in various industries for SMEs. She is also the Founder and Principal of Vikingur Management for MENA Region, Advisory & Venture Partner for Private Funds, SMEs & Family Offices. She is an expert in business development, corporate finance, market entry strategies and financial restructuring. She is also an alumni of Harvard Business School, NYU Stern, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and University of Iceland.
Lara Sif Hrafnkelsdottir is a board member of Harvard Business School Club of the GCC, she sits on Accomplished Business People Committee with the Capital Club, Dubai and is an advisory board member. She is a charter member of HBS Club of the GCC, HBS Club of New York and active member in NYU Stern Abu Dhabi community.
Dora Chin

Ms. Dora Chin was the Associate Director of Strategic Development of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park. She has decades of working experience in the local and international telecom, technology park, data services platform, software and consultancy. She worked at companies such as IBM, PCCW, Telstra, Verizon Business, Tata Communications and Wharf T&T etc. She was in charge of an International Business department, supporting local, China, AP and Global 500 customers, successfully expanding markets internationally via high-tech product development, network built (submarine cable, data center & POP), partnership, sales channels, entity and license, M&A (via CEPA for China telecom value added service company) and investment (as the Investor Relations for IPO), event marketing and promotion programs.
She holds a B.A. in Economics and Philosophy (HKU) and an M.B.A in (University of Birmingham). She also acquired certificates of the A.I.C.P.A (non-practice accountancy), “Software Defined Networking Associate” (ONF) and “Beyond Smart Cities: Emerging Design and Technology” (MIT).
Matthew Chu

Matthew has 8 years of banking and investment experience. He has participated in multiple M&A and fundraising projects across the world. He is also the representative of Hong Kong SFC Regulated Activities Type 4 and Type 9 License. Prior to joining IPG Capital, Matthew was a corporate strategist at CTF Life, an insurance company under a conglomerate in Hong Kong. He participated in corporate strategic planning, digital transformation, and IPO preparation, identifying opportunities for growth and creating execution plans to help the company achieve its goals. He is also experienced in blockchain & web3.0 fintech projects. He graduated from University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
